Community Building Use Request

The building is available for rent Monday-Friday from 8:00-5:00.

Main Auditorium 
The cost is $600 for 4 hours or $1,000 for the entire day (8-5).
  • 300 chairs are available, 20 round tables, 10 (8 foot) long tables
  • Fee includes set-up and breakdown of chairs/tables. 
  • Use of the adjacent kitchen requires special permission and is for catered use only.  Cooking is not permissible.  

Campus View Auditorium 
The cost is $500 for 4 hours or $800 for the entire day (8-5).
  • 150 chairs are available, 10 round tables, 4 (8 foot) long tables
  • Fee includes set-up and breakdown of chairs/tables.
  • Use of the adjacent kitchen requires special permission. 
  • This auditorium is located on the second floor and use of the elevator or the stairs is needed to access it. 

Classrooms Only for Day Meetings 
  • The cost is $25 per hour.

Other information
  • The building is available for public use on Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm except on those dates when the office is closed.
  • Before an auditorium reservation is confirmed, a building use request form must be completed, signed, and submitted with a $100 deposit for use of the auditoriums.
  • Failure to pay the fee balance may result in the event being canceled.
  • Wifi is not guaranteed.
  • Tablecloths are not available.

Non-profit Special Use
  • A fee reduction or waiver may be considered if a request is submitted in writing.
