If you are not a member at UCC, you may request the field 2 weeks out from the needed date.

Individual Family Use:

UCC members can practice with their families on the softball field with a reservation.

Members may reserve a one time use 2 months out.

Field keys are available at the office and should be returned after use.

UCC members using the field are requested to help maintain it.

Private Lessons:

UCC members offering or taking private lessons must pay a $5 fee to UCC.

To make reservations for lessons, please submit the form and note it is for lessons.

Team Use - Liability Information:

UCC allows community teams to use the field but does not guarantee safety or quality.

Teams assume all risks and must provide a certificate of liability insurance.

Team Requests, Fees, and Keys:

Active UCC members take priority.

Non-members may reserve the field 2 weeks from the date needed, but not for the entirety of a season.

Teams must submit a request, liability release, and proof of insurance.

Teams without UCC members pay a $20 key deposit.

Keys must be returned, and deposits refunded.

Field Rental cost for teams is $25/per hour it is used.

Reservation Guidelines:

Once you submit an online request, someone will contact you via email within 2 business days to know if the field is available.

Teams with set schedules may request one day per week.

Notify the office in advance of canceled practices (except for weather).

Teams without set schedules can request available dates within the next 14 days.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEAN-UP AFTER EACH PRACTICE

Your team should do the following.

Rake the pitcher's mound, batter’s box, and around bases. Rakes are in the equipment room. Remember to put them away.

Clean the dugouts.

Return screens to original locations.

Pick up trash on and around the field.

Empty the trash can if almost full. Trash bags are in the bathroom.

Ensure the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Lock the gates, bathroom, and equipment room.

You will be required to come by the church office to pick up keys and fill out the Waiver, Release, and Assumption of Risk form.
